Due to significant rainfall, sewers carrying sewage and storm water have filled up beyond their capacity and are discharging the excess flow into rivers and streams. 

Please minimize water contact on outings.  People with weakened immune systems and open cuts or sores are vulnerable to infection from exposure to contaminated waters.
